Accessing Reports

Navigate to Reports in the sidebar, then select the report type.

Report Features

All reports include:

Date Selection	View reports for any date or period
Print	Click the Print button to generate a print-optimized version with your organization logo and name
Real-Time	Always reflects the latest posted entries

How the Reports Connect

1. Start with the Trial Balance

   Confirms your books are balanced (debits = credits). This is your accuracy check before generating other reports.

2. Generate the Balance Sheet

   Shows your financial position at a specific date: Assets = Liabilities + Equity

3. Generate the Profit & Loss

   Shows performance over a period: Revenue − Expenses = Net Income

4. Net Income flows to Equity

   At period close, Net Income transfers to Retained Earnings on the Balance Sheet, completing the accounting cycle.

Tip

Run the Trial Balance first to catch any errors before generating your Balance Sheet or Profit & Loss.
